农村电子商务的兴起开启了新型城镇化的新模式,通过信息化与产业化相结合的形式来扭转农村"信息化"滞后于"四化同步"中其他"三化"的局面;在信息时代中凸显农村的固有优势,弥补农村的地域局限,避免陷入城镇化中的"现代化思维的陷阱";从城乡产业链不对等关系入手,抓住解决问题的关键来缩小城乡之间的"剪刀差",促进人才的城乡逆向流动。因此,通过加快农村信息化设施建设,促进电子商务的就地发展等措施,可以高效推进新型城镇化的发展。

The rising rural e-commerce opens up a new model of the new urbanization. Firstly,the model,through the integration of informatization and industrialization,will reverse the situation where rural informatization lags behind rural industrialization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization,all of which should be "synchronized";Secondly,the model will highlight the rural inherent advantage in the information age,make up for the rural geographical limitations,and avoid falling into "the trap of modern thinking mode" in urbanization;Thirdly,the model will tackle the key problem of the unequal industrial chains between urban and rural areas so as to narrow the "scissors difference" between the two areas and promote a talent reverse flow from cities to the countryside. Therefore,speeding up the construction of rural informatization infrastructure and the local development of electronic commerce may efficiently push forward the new urbanization.
